Comfortable, large, clean home for large family or family gathering in a quiet sidestreet of lovely Brewster. You will be within a few minutes' drive of the renowned Brewster flats. Walk for miles with your children in the gently lapping, crystal clear water, while picking up crabs and seashells galore. Cape Cod as it was meant to be enjoyed! This home features a fully stocked kitchen, a large family room/dining area great for hanging out together, 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and A/C in every room. The house is fully equipped with 3 TVs with cable, a DVD player, wireless broadband internet, free calls to US and Canada, PS2 player with many games, as well as dishwasher/oven/microwave/washer/dryer. It sleeps 8-10 in 4 bedrooms (2 per bdr + queen sofabed). A private deck allows for relaxing morning coffee surrounded by nature. The back yard is large and private, great for kids to run around in. After enjoying the comfort of our home, you will never go back to staying at a hotel!

This comfortable and clean home is less than a mile to Nickerson State Park and its beautiful lakes. It is located on a quiet road just a few minutes' drive to Linnell Landing beach on Cape Cod Bay. Within 1 mile is a lovely clean beach on Long Pond, perfect for little ones to frolic in or even for the fisherman in your family to catch some nice fresh water fish! There is a large retail area within 2 miles, in East Harwich, which provides convenient access to a large state-of-the-art supermarket, pharmacies, movie theater, and restaurants.

A Special Place in Brewster

What a great vacation home! It had everything we were looking for and more. It delivered on all of the advertised highlights. We were also impressed with the cleanliness. The kitchen was well equipped, and we especially enjoyed evenings in the family room. Since we were traveling with two dogs who love to swim, we especially appreciated use of the hose out back, and the washer and dryer for all the wet towels! In the evenings we also enjoyed a roaring fire under the stars in the backyard fire pit. The house is centrally located on the Cape. Either end of the Cape is within approximately an hour's drive. The house is located near many wonderful beaches, restaurants and shops. We love breakfast at Sesuit Harbor Cafe. It is on the water, and a great place for adults, kids and of course the dogs! Get there early for the best blueberry scones. The owner was always available for questions, and concerns before and during our vacation. Overall, we would certainly recommend this house for adults, and families. The house is also very pet friendly. We look forward to staying here again.

Comfortable for a group

This home is especially comfortable for family groups. It is well-appointed with everything needed for a relaxing vacation in a central location on the Cape. Air-conditioning was great as our week was mostly pretty hot and sticky, and the washer and dryer were very much appreciated (with 2 young kids and 2 babies along). The large sitting and eating areas were very comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, but access to many area attractions is easy via a short car ride.

Great Vacation Home

We absolutely loved this vacation home. The location was perfect for all of the Cape's activities. The house had all of the amenities we needed to have a comfortable stay, inside and out. This home will meet your expectations if you're looking for a quiet vacation, or seek to take advantage of all the Cape's activities. We had a large group (9) on our trip. There was more than enough room for us all to be comfortable, and enjoy our stay. The owner provided excellent customer service, was responsive to our needs, and made our vacation experience all the more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to friends, and/or family.

A great central location

This home was well-maintained and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living areas and bedrooms. A great place for the family. The neighbourhood was quiet, and this location was great for getting around the Cape Cod area- everything within a 60 minute drive, or less.
Getting to beaches and town was usually a drive, rather than a walk.
