Beautiful 1820 colonial farmhouse in Ghent., NY, 6 1/2 acres of open fields , right next to Art OMI, perfect for art lovers and antique shopping in nearby Hudson. The house is about 3.500 sq.ft and has been recently renovated. The downstairs has a great gourmet kitchen with Subzero refrigerator, Viking range, 3 dishwashers, huge marble island, dining room, cozy summer kitchen with original fireplace and wood oven, reading room with fire place, laundry room with 1/2 bath and a small bedroom with a full bath. Upstairs is a full bathroom, the master bedroom with a big dressing room with 2 windows that can be used as a child bedroom and 2 other bedrooms with queen size bed. Perfect artist retreat, extra space for art studio available on the property.
