Our house is situated in the quiet suburb of ancient city of Pula. This spacious apartment in our house has 120 m², with capacity of accommodation for nine persons. The apartment has four bedrooms, a bathroom with laundry machine and bathing tub, and a toilette room with shower bath. In a comfortable kitchen you can prepare your meals while a big balcony offers you relaxation and rest. The apartment contains a new air-conditioning witch enables you to overcome high temperatures. A parking place, when you can leave you cars safely and having a barbecue are placed in our backyard. There is also a playground on the green grass with toboggan and a child's swing. In front of the house is a big garden with exotic trees and green grass where it is also possible lying in the sun on the beach chairs. A rocky and pebbly beach with crystal clear water is at 2,5 km distance from our house.

Pula is a 3000 year old town with many tourist attractions and cultural sights, situated on the south point of peninsula Istria. Pula is most recognized with famous monuments, such as the 2000 years old amphitheatre, Roman temple, arch and many other historical monuments. In the city, there are a lot of big shopping centres where you may find everything you need (from provisions, to the requisite for the beach and many other necessary things). The airport of Pula is distanced 9 km. Also which is important for the guests, all around the city along the coast (from the “cape of Kamenjak” in Premantura to the tourist-recreation center “Verudela”) there are a lot of nice and clean beaches which give you a pleasure to enjoy in your holiday.

Special service: As a particularity the house offers home made wine and gratis driving with boat. The boat is 7 m long and has a possibility to drive 10 persons. If the guests are interested in fishing it will be possible to realize that.

Travelling possibility: Suggestions are: historical towns, like neighbouring ancient roman city Pula with the amphitheatre, medieval towns Motovun, Grožnjan, Hum (the littlest town in the world), the Baredine caves, Dvigrad's ruins and all others, than tourist places as Rovinj, Porec, Opatija, etc. Tourist agency organize travels on the Brioni islands (place of repose for many known presidents), travelling to Venice with boat or catamaran, islands Cres, Lošinj and Krk are also accessible. Otherwise, our position on the most southern point of Istria, give you a possibility to visit the whole region, or deeper inland or cruising along the coast.

Sport, recreation and entertainment: In three km distanced sport centre “Verudela” you may enjoy in diving, wind-surfing, playing tennis and table tennis, water skiing and so on. Our youth can also enjoy in driving electro cars, trampolines and so on. For those bigger it can be interesting visiting night club and dancing club also in “Verudela”, then the disco club in Medulin or in Rovinj where is an big entertaining centre “Monvi”. Further if you wish to see all of that from the air, no problem, there is a little sports airport close to Medulin (5 km from our house), which give you a pleasure of flying in sports airplane to see if your chosen destination is a good one.

Die gepflegte Wohnung und der schöne große Garten in der ruhigen Wohngegend mit den Spielmöglichkeiten für unsere Kinder hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden in keinster Weise enttäuscht. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut deutsch und kümmert sich sehr eifrig um seine Gäste ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
Die Strände von Pula und vom Kamenjak (besonders empfehlenswert) sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen - ein Auto ist generell notwendig.

Bei schönstem Wetter haben wir die 2. Septemberhälfte mit unseren Hunden im Haus Igor verbracht. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt und die Gastgeber super freundlich. Zum Baden im 22° warmen Meer waren wir meist in einer sehr schönen Bucht auf der Halbinsel Kamenjak. Sandstrand gibt es in Medulin. Zum Frühstück wurden wir mit Pallatschinken und abends mit fertig zubereitem Fisch kostenlos verwöhnt. Der Hausherr spricht sehr gut Deutsch.
Vor Ort kann man entweder mit Scheck- oder Kredikarten zahlen oder in Kuna. Euro werden nicht genommen (außer beim Hausherr).
Restaurants gibt es im Umkreis recht viele und auch gut. Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Rovinj gemacht (ca. 45 Km) und kleinere Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub im Herbst.

Die Angaben in der Annonce treffen alle zu. Das Haus ist sauber
und hat eine schöne Terrasse und einen voll beschatteten Garten mit Liegen und kostenlosem Obst.
Die Vermieter waren nett und kontaktfreudig, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
Als Strand ist eine Bucht in Rovinj zu empfehlen mit einem tollen, preisgünstigen Restaurant direkt am Strad, nähe Amaritin (Camping), nur über Schotterweg zu erreichen (mit Auto).
Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert für Leute, die nicht unbedingt jeden Tag am Strand, sondern auch mal faulenzend verbringen möchten.
