This unique, single-family home is located at the end of a dirt road and abuts the state forest. Backroads lead you to the surf beach (southside of island, near surfside beach) about one and a half miles away. Trails through the state forest are great for hiking and easy mountain biking. Awesome for children! Bring or rent bikes. Relax on the wrap-around porch while others play on the grassy lawn. Private yard with hydrangea. Landscaping of this house is spectacular. Gardens galore! This location allows easy access to the beach, town, and the airport (about ten minutes to all). Local restaurants and fish market are walking distance away (less 0.5 mile). Very convenient, yet completely private
