LAKEFRONT LIVING IN MODERN LUXURY

I may have to write another review later to get more details on here for you all to see, but in a nutshell............... we had a great time here! The place was just as it was advertised. (There are areas of owners belongings kept private and the lease clearly states this, so it was not a problem.) The lake area was wonderful too, and most homes here have a bit of a slope, as does this place. This is not a problem at all, if you want to have fun, you want to have fun! We were only 2 of us, vacationing to have some quiet get away from work time, but had family come visit on weekends. This was such a neat place to be able to share the day with family we had not seen in years!
Owners were avail by phone whenever needed (local info, directions etc!) Thank you so much to Jackie and Heather. Maybe if we get up again, we can meet you both next time! These trips are not every year for us, but we will surely look to rent here again when we DO come up.

Over all, our stay was very nice. I rented the house for a week because my sister passed away and we were holding a memorial service in the town of Stow where we were raised. I had several family members all coming from out of town for the memorial service. I asked the Landlord (Jackie) if she objected to having my extended family back to the house and she said it was fine. So we combined a memorial service with a semi family reunion. The house worked perfectly and held our guests fine!

Unfortunately it rained the entire week so we were not able to enjoy the beautiful deck overlooking the water, grill, kayaks, hammock, etc.... But had the weather coorperated the trip and the house would have been just perfect.

It should be noted more clearly however that the garage and the master bedroom suite are on the ground floor and 2 BR, 1 BA, kitchen, DR, LR, and deck are on the upper floor. Not an issue, unless you have handicapped or elderly where stairs are a problem.

Jackie was a delight to deal with and I hope to rent the house again in October for my high school reunion!
