Photos and Description of the Wildwood vacation condo rental
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, parking for 3 vehicles, sleeps 10-condo.

Large vacation home, located in a family-oriented and safe locale. Only steps away from an expansive free beach. Fireworks, funnel cake and amusements await you this summer. Sit on our deck and watch the sunset. We can accommodate up to 10 guests and park up to 3 vehicles in our garage and driveway. We're 45 minutes away from Atlantic City.

Along with the beach chairs, we include two utillity carts to use. The carts have inflatable tires so the carts don't sink in the sand when you load them up with coolers, chairs, toys, blankets, etc to take to the beach. The carts move easily over the sand.

Families only. We don't rent for proms or high school events.

Last season, (2012) we added memory foam toppers to all the beds. Additionally, we removed all the carpet and replaced those areas with a very nice laminate. We've replaced and purchased new furniture in the living room. Our condo is very clean. It's cleaned prior to the arrival of every new set of guests. There is a lockable utility room in the garage. We do everything possible to make your stay safe, pleasant and fun.

About Carol DeThomas

Ken and I both grew up in Bucks County, PA. We still live and work in Bucks County, Pa. We appreciate how hard everyone works for their money, so when we're lucky enough to have guests pick our condo to spend their vacation or a few days of time off, we do our very best to make the condo comfortable, attractive and safe.

Why Carol DeThomas chose Wildwood

As teenagers we spent many summers in Wildwood. When we had children, we took them every summer to Wildwood. Now we're grandparents and bring our grandchildren every summer to the same boardwalk and beach. They love it! What's not to love about Wildwood?? We chose Wildwood to purchase our condo because of the great memories we had growing up. There are other beach towns closer to where we live but we're so fond of Wildwood, that the drive is worth it.

What makes this condo unique

We particularly like the location of our condo. It's very close to the boardwalk, amusements and beach. That was something that we took into consideration, since we knew we would be spending time with the grandkids. No beach tags, either. It's a free beach. It's close enough to the boardwalk yet you can't hear the rides and crowds. Additionally, there is plenty of parking. We have a large family so when we all get together, we never worry about having to pay for parking in remote lots. We sit on the deck and it's quiet and peaceful, especially in the morning before Wildwood wakes up.

We're located less than a short half block from the boardwalk, amusements, and beach. If you have a good arm, you can stand at the end of our driveway, throw a football and hit the boardwalk. The Adventure Land pier is located at the end of our block. It's about a 5 minute walk to the water parks and the other amusements on Morey's Piers. Additionally, our condo is within a short walking distance to the Wildwood Convention Center. Park your car in our garage when you arrive because you won't need to use it again until you depart Wildwood, for home.

Other Activities: Watch the fireworks from our large deck every Friday Night. If you're lucky enough to rent our condo over the Memorial Day holiday, watch the beautiful kite show held at the convention center from our deck. You need to experience that at least once. It is awesome!! Of course, the best part of vacationing in Wildwood, is the free beach, amusements, rides, and the great food on the boardwalk. You can't leave Wildwood before you ride the tram car on the boardwalk - 'Watch the Tram Car, please'.

Beautiful and clean!

My son and I just got back from our weekend staying in this house and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The pictures don't do this place justice. It's clean and cozy and I can't wait to go back. All of the beds have memory foam toppers so they are very comfortable. The bathrooms and showers are very clean, you can tell the owners take great pride in their home. Carol is very nice and even called me at 8:00 on a Saturday night to try to help me figure out the DVD player! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great house just a few steps from the boardwalk. You can't go wrong here!

Never lets me down

This beautiful condo never lets my family down. Since we last stayed, the place is still as awesome as we remembered. The last time my family stayed, we did not even think about how close this condo was to the convention center. We were there in under 5 mins by car. It is also a quick distance on foot as well.

This condo is so awesome! My children and husband absolutely love it! Everything you need is available. There is even a washer and dryer in the condo. This comes in handy when spending a few days away from home.

The ample parking was a blessing as well! It was raining cats and dogs the last time we were there and the shelter of the garage area was very much appreciated.

This is just the most wonderful place to spend a few days away from home. Just lovely!!!!!!!!

PERFECT!!!

the condo was great. More than enough room for my husband myself and our kids and my brothers family. my 2 kids loved the bunkbeds they have never slept in a bunkbed. you can see the ocean from the balcony. its close to everything but yet very peaceful at the same time. the washer and dryer came in very handy. it has everything you need. you can also see the fireworks from the balcony. LOVED OUR STAY.....

Perfect stay!

My wife and 2.5-year old son stayed for a long weekend in early May and loved it.
The condo was immaculate, updated, and very spacious.
Like other reviewers mentioned, it was also very quiet despite the location to the boardwalk.
Speaking of the location, with a very pregnant wife and small child, being able to walk to nearby attractions was important. We were able to walk to the ocean, rides, and plenty of restaurants within a block or two. It was perfect!
Also, Carol was very easy to deal with and was available by phone during our stay.
We'd definitely stay again.

If you stay, take the 10 minute drive for takeout from Rick's Seafood. Well worth it!

Absolutely Beautiful!!!!

This condo was absolutely AMAZING!!! The pictures do not do it justice. The place was immaculate and spacious! Simply perfect! There was more than enough space for me, my husband and two kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that one would need. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The washer and dryer came in handy. My children were in heaven. They have bunk beds at home but for some reason, they loved the room with the bunk beds 1000 %. The whole process was smooth. I raved about the condo my entire stay in Wildwood. I am definitely telling all of my friends about this place. I hope to come back each time I am in Wildwood to this condo! SIMPLY AMAZING!
