This New Beach Property (completed in June 2007) is located just 2 minutes to the beach on 11th Street in Royal Palms (about 1/2 mile to Beach Access Road 1A). This unit is available now thru February - It offers 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, with pool & BBQ pits just steps away. Free High speed internet available. Plenty of Boat parking available on side of house. As you walk into the main living area, you'll be 'wowed' by the beautiful stained concrete floors with 'beachy' pine walls & ceilings throughout the lower level. The main living room is followed by a half bath, full eat in kitchen & 1st floor master bedroom & bathroom with a queen size bed & TV. 4 Cable TVs, 2 DVD players, sofabed if needed and a furnished covered back porch (only a few in this neighborhood). This fully furnished cottage includes everything you need for the kitchen, bath towels and bed linens. You will be so glad you chose this unit. It's absolutely adorable, clean and close to everything! No Pets or Smoking..
