Townhome located at Kawama Yacht Club/ Molasses Reef Marina, a private community (24 hr security) in Key Largo.

There are a lot of attractions and amenities such as: Marina, Private Beach, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Children's Playground, Beautiful Lagoon, and there is a Golf Cart available for you to drive inside the area.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful experience and a memorable one for you and your friends and family. The Florida Keys have a lot to offer, especially Key Largo and Kawama. Please feel free to ask us anything. We are here to help.

Outside of our gated community, you'll find many restaurants serving some of the tastiest local dishes (the fish and lobster does not get any fresher than in the keys), local shops, and diving and snorkel charters to take you to the reefs of Pennekamp National Park. Offshore fishing is equal to the best with many charter captains just a 1/4 mile down the road.

Other Activities: Fishing, swiming w/dolphins, boating, shokeling and diving

Kawama Yacht Club is an active community with friendly people. Play tennis at the lighted tennis courts, lounge at one of the heated pools, take the kids to the playground, visit Kawama Beach, or stroll to the end of the jetty to view terrific sunsets to the west.

Outside BBQ is included with the rental.

Property and area was awesome, everyone loved the lagoon, our unit in excellent location reference pool, chickee, and lagoon. Golf cart excellent extra, make safe traveling to point for fishing. Down fall - furniture needs up grading, couch very hard to get out of, burners on stove needs repairing, safety factor, two burners need to be turned on to make one work. TV's very old in bedrooms, 3rd floor tv has a very loud roar and pic was only 2inches tall. Rain came in during night under back door, I slipped and almost fell getting items our of refrigerator. With a few repairs this place would be more than awesome, thinking about returning next year. Restaurants were expensive and food not good. Gina was very helpful with few problems we did have.

Fine House!

Hello, me and my other 6 friends spent a very nice holiday in this house at the end of March 2014. The house was clean, ready, equipped with all facilities and spacious for all of us. Gina, the manager, was also very helpful any time we needed. I would recommend this house not only for families, but also for bigger group of young people.

A week in Paradise

The Kawama Townhouse was the perfect place for our Key Largo vacation! We had four adults and four teenagers staying at the townhouse. The three levels made it easy for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed long walks throughout the day, and the kids swam in the pools and snorkeled in the pond - they even saw the lobster that lives there! We kept food cost down by using the BBQ grill every day. It was a less than 5 minute drive to Pennekamp State Park and to Dolphin Cove to swim with the dolphins. Gina was very responsive when we asked for more towels, and brought a new BBQ grill to us when the old one stopped working. It was a wonderful place to stay and definitely a value for the price they charged.

Wonderful vacation

Coordinating 5 couples on a 7 day vacation to a place we have never been was a daunting task and one that required a lot of faith in the place we choose and I'm very happy we choose this property. It was as shown in the photo's and Gina was accommodating and helpful. So many positive parts of it from the swimmable lagoon and beach area to well maintained grounds, security and great restaurants nearby.
I would be remiss not to mention that "Breathtaking Renovated" is somewhat of a miss leading statement. Is the condo clean...yes, is it worth the cost, yes by all means. But...furniture is old and inexpensive, carpet shows lots of wear, blinds and curtains a bit off. Would I stay there again...yes because to me a vacation is about friends and family not how nice the furniture is and there are plenty of units in Key Largo at double the cost with those upgrades.

Run Down!

Property not renovated as described and no access to a beach as shown in picture, it has been fenced off. The property is completely run down, bugs in kitchen and termite problem. Furniture very worn and property dirty from age and stinks of mold. Do not stay here.

This townhouse is not renovated recently as the title may lead you astray. It was a clean and very quiet place to stay. There are minor maintenance issues there but overall a nice place to stay. We were a party of 8 adults. Ample sleeping room but a little cramped in the common areas. The central air worked fine however, all the ducts need to be cleaned badly. This is probably due to the fact that the dryer vents directly back into the house. (As do most if not all on this property). If you are coming from Miami, drive time is at least 1.5 hours on a good traffic day, not 45 minutes. Do go to the local farmer markets as they have fresher and cheaper produce than the grocery stores. ALL the restaurants in Key Largo are fabulous! Especially the Fish House and the Big Chill. We enjoyed fishing, snorkeling, swimming, parasailing, the Theater of the Sea, the Alligator farm, and spending time with family.
