We had never been to Santa Barbara, so we weren't really sure where this house would be located, but when we got there, we found out that it was right in the heart of downtown. We could walk to State Street as well as to the beach. It was clean, there were a lot of little things like extra pillowcases and cleaning supplies provided that really made us feel at home. We even had a garage to park our cars in! The owner was helpfu and honest. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful location, property, and fantastic owner

My husband and I along with four friends stayed at this rental in the beginning of June for a week. Mary, the owner makes you feel welcome and was there to greet us when we arrived. The house was clean and had a great setup. The kitchen has great appliances and the whole main level was decorated nicely. The attached patio with BBq was great for evening meals outside. With 6 people the home still felt roomy and comfortable. The master bedroom is very large with attached bath. There were 3 tvs which we didnt use much because we were so close to the heart of santa barbara but was a nice touch if the weather had been worse. The walk to state street is beautiful and takes about 5 mins. State street has many shops and restaurants as well as a mall. The beach is very close as well to the home and could easily be reached by a walk as well. The area where the home is was quiet and safe.
As a whole our stay was a very positive experience and I would stay again at this home in a heartbeat. If you are looking for great value and comfortable accomodations with great access to most everything, this property is for you.
