Wonderfully Loved and Maintained Saltbox on 32,000 square foot lot. Within walking distance to Village, Bay and public transportation to Boston and Provincetown. Three bedrooms, One and a half Bathrooms, The two upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned. Overhead fans in most rooms, outdoor shower, living room, dining room, kitchen, & sun room, screened porch and wrap around porch. Fourteen inch pine floors throughout the house. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, electric-stove/oven, and microwave. Very airy and comfortable. 2 week rental preferred but willing to accommodate 1 week rentals.
