Enjoy the great location of this Seafarer cottage condo. A 5 minute walk to Wallis Sands State Beach which affords vacationers a sandy beach and fun for the whole family. Enjoy the ocean views poolside. Relax across the Boulevard by the ocean shore on-the-rocks, swim at low tide, or enjoy some of the best local fishing! Downtown Portsmouth is a 10 minute drive.

Local Attractions: The Seacoast Science Center and Odione Point State Park provide excellent education and fun activities for all family members; including many bike trails and scenic ocean views of Wentworth Marina.

Rye Harbor located four miles south offers many fishing and harbor boat excursions.

Portsmouth just 5 miles north offers great restaurants and night life. Portsmouth attractions include; Prescott Park, Strawberry Banke, Portsmouth Children's Museum, Albacore Submarine Park, and the Seacoast Repertory Theatre.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here..and I have to say...it was absolutely perfect! The owner was a pleasure to work with and the accomodations were great. Very close to everything you could possibly do in the area! Absolutely beautiful!

This condo cottage is just as described. It was clean and with meticulous grounds. The condo was small but perfect for a couple and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was extremely easy to work with. The location was very quiet and relaxing, no traffic noise. We appreciated how close we were to Boston and Maine. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice tranquil setting close to the ocean.

My parents and I had a very pleasant experience at this cottage. The owner is very accommodating, providing all the comforts of home. The grounds are beautiful with a short walk to the beach. The cottage was exactly as pictured here...small but quaint. The bathroom size was a little smaller than I had hoped but provided all of our needs. I will most definitely keep this place on the top of my vacation rentals if I decide to visit NH in the future.

Although this condo is small, it is comfortable and well equipped. The grounds around it are beautiful and the view of the ocean from the front sun room is very relaxing. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant to work with while making the arrangements. He promptly returned my security deposit within a day or two after I left. I have already inquired about returning. I stayed there with my two young grandchildren and it was a safe and comfortable place for them as well. The beach is very close, we walked there several times. It is a very nice area, mostly residential on the surrounding streets. I was there in the off-season so it was also very quiet. The condo was clean and well maintained.
