Soak-up the good life 'Hawaiian style' as you sit on your private 'open air' lanai and delight in the beautiful island sunsets and balmy trade winds. The condo overlooks a lush tropical landscape with beautifully manicured lawns, a putting green and a gorgeous partial-ocean view. Take a sunset stroll down the quietest of the 3 largest ocean side parks in Kihei just before you grill your favorite dinner using one of 5 poolside 'Jenn-Air' grills, and at night, enjoy the tiki torches that are lit around the pool area. Additional information about rental rates

  • 12.42% state and county tax.
  • The use of central air conditioning is an added fee of $20 per day of use. However, due to the balmy trade winds, ceiling fans, windows and open air-lanai, it is rarely used by guests.

    If the rental is less than 4 nights long, a $90 cleaning charge will be applied.

    Aloha Discounts:
    Rentals: 7 nights or longer: 10% discount, 14 nights or longer: 20% discount, 21 nights or longer: 30% discount!!!
  • Damage/Reservation Deposit- A non-refundable reservation deposit of $300 must be placed on a major (Visa or Master) credit card in the renters name at the time of reservation once the rental contract is signed. (NOTE: The remaining balance can be paid by credit card in the renters name). This Amount Will be Applied Toward the Total Rental Balance. The amount must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. Payment – The Balance of Rent is due (45) days before your arrival date. Please make payments in the form of credit card (Visa or Master only) in the renters name.

Steve and I had a wonderful relaxing time at the condo. It's nice ocean breezes, feeling of privacy, cleanliness, provisions in the kitchen and bath, comfortable living and sleeping spaces, accessability to the pool and barbeque. We really appreciated the hospitality of the owners. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We want to visit again!

Our island-style stay was as lovely as it gets. The condo included all the comforts of home - all amenities included!- as we honeymooned on the island. Our condo was clean, cozy, and welcoming. Views of the ocean and mountains from our deck were breathtaking. The beachside condo is conveniently located; within minutes of great restaurants and downtown shopping.
We would highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Maui!!
