You will love the charm of Beyond The Sea, a Florida seaside style home, just yards from Scenic 30a on the Emerald Coast in Santa Rosa Beach. Two and one half story, one balcony, and two porches with a tin roof. Casual, tropical and relaxing. Southern Pine floors are throughout the first floor, stairs and master bedroom. Two bedrooms and the third floor tower room are newly carpeted. This home is only four years old, yet has the feel of being there for years. Furniture and décor are tasteful, lovely and comfortable without having a showroom/designer look. There are rockers on the balcony off the master bedroom and on the front porch. Beyond The Sea is in a desirable neighborhood that is so close to everything on scenic 30a. Our home was featured in Better Homes and Gardens Decorating issue the summer of 2006.

Beyond the Sea was the perfect place to spend a week with our family. The house is spacious and comfortable with enough room to spread out and relax. We also enjoyed the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The streets were tree lined and paved which made for lovely morning and evening walks with our dog. The 2 pools were also a nice option when we chose to not go to the beach but still wanted to swim.
Kerry, the owner, was a dream to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. We hope to return again to "Beyond the Sea"

We just returned from our awesome vacation. The cottage is very cozy and clean and the neighborhood is so cute! We rented bikes from Gidgets which was a really great way to see the town and get to the beach. We had a ball. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

My stay at Beyond the Sea was perfect! The house was fully stocked with anything that we might need and there was plenty of room to relax and spread out. It was located in a great neighborhood that had 2 pools and had paved roads for walking, riding bikes or scooters. The beach was either a short walk or quick car ride away. The water and beach were beautiful. There were bathrooms/showers located right at the beach entrances. This was my first experience with VRBO and I was not disappointed. Kerry was the best to deal with! I was very satisfied. Thank you!!

Wow!! Beyond the Sea was the perfect home-away-from-home for our family vacation!! We were there with 2 couples, 1 single adult and 3 young children and it was wonderful! The house is our favorite (out of 5) that we've ever stayed in the Seagrove area. And Santa Rosa is the perfect family vacation spot. The beach access (easily within walking distance, but lots of room for parking if you drive) had covered picnic area, showers and restrooms and also has 2 lifeguards right at the entrance!! And the two pools were so nice and never crowded. Kerry Ann was wonderful to work with and I'm sure we'll be visiting Beyond the Sea again soon!!

The 'Beyond the Sea' was perfect! We had a great time at the pool and beach. Neither was crowded the entire time we were there. The water was perfect the entire time and the area around the house is so quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend stopping at The Smiling Fish Cafe in Gulf Place. The grouper sandwich is awesome! Thanks again, Kerry Ann, I'm sure we'll return!
