Our fabulous 'Summer Cottage' is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach and was designed for your comfort and relaxation. Throughout our house you will find beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, elegant furnishings, and comfortable beds. Each of our four porches is furnished so you can kick back and enjoy the coastal breeze.

So, what are you waiting for? Slip on your flip flops, grab a cold one and come on down to the Summer Cottage!

More About the Summer Cottage: As you stroll through the French doors off the front porch, you are invited into an open, spacious living area, including a living room, dining room, kitchen and bar area. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a game table for two, a 36” large screen TV and a stereo system. For the aspiring chef, our large, gourmet kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a full complement of cooking utensils, pans, and knives. Beyond the kitchen is a cozy nook where you can kick off your flip flops and hang your sun hat. This leads you onto the back porch, which has a grilling area, outdoor shower, and a storage closet for beach toys. The first of four beautiful bedrooms (queen bed) and a full bath is also located on the first floor.

The second floor features a fantastic master suite with vaulted ceilings (king canopy bed) that opens onto the front porch. The gorgeous master bath has granite counter tops, a jacuzzi tub and a private shower. This floor also has a spacious 3rd bedroom (queen bed) with a full bath that leads onto the back porch, a 4th bedroom (two twin beds) with a full bath, and a separate laundry room.

Families will love the Summer Cottage as we have provided a lot of 'extras' to make your stay fun and convenient, including a cooler, body boards, beach toys, board games, books and DVDs. Each room has its own TV and DVD/VCR, and the kid's room has PlayStation 2. And, if you must bring your laptop, you'll appreciate the high-speed internet connection in the living room!

More About Rosemary Beach: The Summer Cottage is located near the heart of the exclusive Rosemary Beach. If you take a short stroll from our cottage, you'll find the courtyard with the Summer Kitchen restaurant, the Sugar Shack, Wild Olives Market, and the Bamboo Bicycle Shop, which offers daily and weekly bike rentals. Rosemary Beach offers four spectacular pools and the heated, enclosed Sky pool is just a minute walk from our cottage! Also within 100 yards of the Summer Cottage, guests may keep fit at the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center or enjoy a game of tennis at the Rosemary Beach Racquet Club. When you hit the beautiful, sugar-white beaches of the Emerald Coast, stop by the Sea Oats where you can rent sun umbrellas, hammocks, sea kayaks and sailboats. If you decide to venture outside of Rosemary Beach you can find Deep Sea and Bay Fishing in Destin or Panama City Beach. And, just a five minute drive away is a Tom-Fazio designed masterpiece golf course called Camp Creek.

This property is even more beautiful and spacious than shown in pictures. We were 6 adults and 4 children and everyone agreed after that it was the best vaca ever. We spent most of the time on the lovely beach, and in 3 of the pools on the property. We enjoyed Cowgirl Kitchen, Wild Olives, and of course Sugar Shak, all within walking distance of our house. At night we ventured out to nearby towns for dinner, but the drive was short and the traffic always light. The property managers are always available to answer questions and help with any problems. We will be returning next summer, and hopefully bring along more family members. I have already bragged about and recommended our find to friends and family.

We loved Summer Cottage

My wife, mother in law, and four kids (all under 10) stayed here in July 2012. We really enjoyed it. The main living area and kitchen were spacious and open. Very close to the sky pool. The beach toy closet had tons of stuff that the kids enjoyed bringing down to the beach. Amy (owner) was kind and responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend staying here.
