The house is located in Shady Harbor: a private, family-oriented community on Rhode Island's Quonochontaug salt pond with private Atlantic beach. Visit Scenic Block Island, Watch Hill, Wickford, Beavertail Lighthouse, Jamestown, Mystic Seaport Village and Aquarium. The house, with three bedrooms and two and-one-half baths, has been totally renovated and updated. It is a bright and cheerful home with direct access to the ocean beaches (1) beach pass provided. Outdoor shower, above ground swimming pool, Zodiac boat rental, clamming rakes, fishing poles, etc.
