Ideal winter rental September through June.: With three bedrooms on the top floor, 6 people sleep in beds on that level. A queen sized sofa bed in the living room and a daybed on the lower level can be used for spill-over guests. The second bath and laundry are also located on the lower level, ideal when you come in salty and sandy from the beach.

Biking and birding available: Plum Island is perfect for bikes, with the Parker River Wildlife Refuge encompassing the 7 miles south of Plum Island center, home of many bird and animal species. Or head north to the Lighthouse and mouth of the Basin for even more fun.
