Waikiki Vacation Rental apartment

The views from this unit are amazing...it's the first thing you notice when you walk in and the pictures don't do it justice. As for the unit itself, it was very clean, very quiet, and very secure. The two bedrooms were located on opposite ends of the unit which was nice. The second bedroom has a sliding wall that closes it off from the living room but it is connected to its own bathroom. There's a Starbucks located directly downstairs and it's less than a 10 minute walk to the Ala Moana Mall. The owner was friendly and very easy to deal with. In fact, he was there a few minutes early to let us in. Being on vacation, we didn't want to waste any time and we didn't have to. The parking spot was also a huge bonus. If you are traveling with infants, this is a must. Some of the hotels nearby charge $20/day for parking so having a covered spot near the lobby was great. On Friday evening there was a fireworks show at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Since this unit is just across the street, we were able to enjoy the show from the comfort of our living room. It was a nice and unexpected treat. Being on the 34th floor can present some issues if you forget something in your unit. Though there are 4 elevators, sometimes it can take a few minutes to get to your floor. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here and would stay here again on my next trip back to Honolulu.
