My apartment is located on a high floor in Marbella del Caribe, one of the most sought after vacation locations in Isla Verde. It is located about 5 minutes away from the airport and about 10 minutes from Old San Juan. The apartment will seduce you with the most spectacular ocean views imaginable. Marbella is located directly on the ocean -completely unobstructed . The building includes a beautiful swimming pool and tennis courts. Private parking is also available. Being centrally located in Isla Verde, a major tourism area, the building offers the comforts of your home away from home besides being close to supermarkets, banks, dry-cleaners and other conveniences. At night you'll enjoy SAN JUAN'S exciting nightlife being near major hotels, casinos, and fine dining such as the ESJ Towers, Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, Marriot, and Embassy Suites.
