The home is located on beautiful Boca Ciega Bay with access to the Gulf! It has a large pool and spa with a spacious patio for sun bathing. The downstairs living area is all open which includes a fully equipped kitchen, oversized sub-zero refrigerator, gas/electric range top, stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and wine cooler. There is a utility room off the kitchen with a full size washer/dryer and sink. The downstairs bath has a large vanity, tub/shower and sauna for your relaxation. It has a door that leads to the lanai and pool area. The lanai has comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Upstairs is a large master suite with a built in TV/stereo system. Off the master is a large bath with a separate water closet with a toilet and bidet. The main bath has an oversized walk in shower, deep jetted tub, and double vanity area. The bedroom has a small balcony with a panoramic view of the bay. There is a two car garage and ample space in the driveway for parking.

We are located just off the Treasure Island Causeway that will take you to Treasure Island and the Gulf Beaches! The home sits on Boca Ceiga Bay with access to the Gulf of Mexico. There is para-sailing, jet-skis, deep sea fishing, boating, and wonderful restaurants all up and down the many beach towns within a short ride from the property. The Tampa International Airport is 27 miles away along with shopping malls, museums, and waterparks for your vacation pleasure. Ruth Eckert Hall has great shows all year long and is just above Clearwater approx 30 minutes from the home. This home is just minutes from grocery stores, banks, retail stores, and movie theaters. The famous Fort Desoto Park is at the south end of St Pete Beach/Tierra Verde.and has picnic areas, bike and roller blading trails, beaches, and boat ramps. It is a must see!

We just returned from Florida a couple of days ago and while in Florida we stayed in this lovely home. The location is exceptional. You can swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub or fish from the dock while watching dolphins and boats go by in the waterway. Very peaceful and relaxing. The living area of the house is very functional and well laid out. The master bedroom is a dream. I would definitely rent this house again. In addition, Pat, the agent, is amazing. Always available to address any concerns or questions you may have and very reliable.
Owner's Response: It is a great pleasure to know that vacationers are enjoying this home. Our guest book is filled with wonderful reviews! I hope anyone wanting access to all the many attractions Florida has to offer will make this their destination.

Wonderful place to relax & be comfortable!

We just arrived home after staying 9 days in this great place. We have stayed several times in the St. Petersburg area (at condo's and houses), and this is definitely the best place we have ever had. So much for the price, it's worth it. We were able to relax in so many ways, in the house watching one of the many TV's, in the sauna, in the whirlpool tub, on one of the many couches. Outside in one of the many chairs watching the sunset, the dolphins (which we saw everyday), in the spa, in the pool, at the dock, watching the boats go by. Too much to do to write it all.

The website is accurate. We will be back, but next time will bring more family with us, as the house is big enough to accomodate so many more than we had this time (it was only my husband, son, and myself most of the time.) It would be a great place for 2 or 3 famililes to stay together.

In summary, this is a family's home who aren't there right now, and the house is just waiting for someone to come and make it their home for a bit. It is easy to make yourself comfortable!

One disadvantage, it's not for the physically impaired, as it has multiple stairs. On the upside, you get a bit of a workout if you go up and down the stairs enough...(but it is so worth it!)

My family stayed at this home the last week of June. We had a wonderful time. It was a bit rainy during our stay but we filled our time with the surrounding area. We visited the Aquarium in Tampa; that was great. My kids enjoyed watching the dolphin swimming by and fishing from the dock. When it was sunny we stayed by the pool or went to the beach. The beaches on Treasure Island are wonderful. I would suggest to anyone thinking if renting a home in St Pete to consider this one.

What A Great Place To Vacation

What a great place to vacation. The house was very clean and beautifully maintained. It had all the ammenities a person could ask for. Our family enjoyed the open floor plan for gathering and entertaining. We spent a great deal of time at the pool/hot tub and the boat dock worked out great when a friend stopped by to give us a ride. We also loved fishing off the dock and watching the dolphins each day. I would definitely rent this house again.

Everything you want in a FL vacation!

We stayed here with family and friends. The house is so huge, it fit us all very comfortably. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor living area - grilling burgers, swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, and the watching the ships sail by in the bay. It was nice having the dock for our friends to pull their boat up to. Oh, and I have to mention all the sea life we saw - dolphins every day and even a manatee! Inside we could open the huge french doors and get a wonderful breeze any time of day! To my surprise, the house really felt like a home. Every creature comfort you could possibly want is here and then some (like a huge jetted tub in the upstairs master). It was really clean and well maintained. They even had a little area with children's toys, books and a TV. This was a nice place for our infant. We read him some of the books and showed him some of the toys. This was just a nice extra.
The neighborhood (Treasure Island) is awesome - it's centrally located to the beaches and downtown St. Petersburg. We highly recommend Sea Hag's on St. Pete Beach for lunch or dinner. Awesome food and nice artwork on the walls. Also on St. Pete Beach, nothing beats La Croissette's breakfast.
Overall, our stay was phenomenal and we hope to be able to come back in the near future!
