Perched above Mykonos town on the hill of Agios Vasilis area, the villa is offering panoramic views of the Mykonos Chora and the old port. Perfect Mykonian experience

The Villa princess has the most spectacular view on the island. The online listing and pictures don't do the place justice. Everyone involved ie. owner, realtor, cleaners were extremely friendly and accommodating. Being close to the "hora", as described, everything was walking distance away. We enjoyed going to the local Taverna's, high end restaurants and bars. one meal we'd have souvlaki pita and the next we're mingling with high end fashion duo dsquared at Coo restaurant. We were partying with famous Greek socialites at places like Psarou beach, Interni and even the famous Cavo Paradiso nightclub.
The interior architecture and layout of the villa Princess are breath taking. Details like curved archways and inbuilt wall lights were an added touch to an already amazing villa.
I've been coming to mykonos every year for 10 years now and I will definitely be back to stay at this villa.

A perfect Island setting for the most intriguing island of the world.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Marvellous Stay In Mykonos

Our stay at Villa Princess was superb in every way. Amazing view, perfect location and delightfully friendly service with nothing too much trouble from both the travel agent and the villa manager. Being a group of 3 couples and one single the space and layout of rooms were excellent - being clean, fresh and perfectly kitted out. The exterior areas are great places for chatting and watching the sunsets with an occasional dip in the pretty and perfectly adequate large plunge pool, and the expansive upper-floor master suite is a real treat of spacious luxury. Overall value for money was exceptional.
The location is the best on the island with views over the town and out to sea and an air of superior tranquility and calmness, spectacular and the sunsets so beautiful you feel as if you are floating on air. And yet just a 5 minute walk down some steps to the bustling Mykonos town. That said, our group hired some convenient Smart Cars to get about the island (highly recommended) and exploring the beaches and island was extremely fun and very easy once you got the hang of a few narrow roads here and there and other slightly lost tourists!
This place is a gem and the only place I would rent again for my return trips to Mykonos which I hope to be every year!
Thank you Villa Princess for a perfect stay and I would highly recommend you to anyone wishing a Marvellous Mykonos experience.

Amazing 2 weeks at Villa Princess

If you are looking for an amazing house with views of Mykonos that cannot be rivaled, Villa Princess is definitely the house for you. It's a short 10 minute walk down steps to town, which we did daily with our 3 children. Not only is the house perfectly designed in terms of lay-out, it's great for entertaining as well. There is no detail left out in Villa Princess. From the amazing sound system to the lighting, to the amazing owners, Ted & Maria, this house allowed us to really absorb and enjoy Mykonos fully. We plan on booking the house annually...because not only did we love the house, we feel like we really made new friends in Theodore & Maria & enjoyed seeing them in town and getting together for lunch. We will definitely be returning to Mykonos and plan to make Villa Princess almost like a home away from home for many years to come. It won't be hard to do...it felt like home the moment we stepped through the door. A perfect vacation...the kids still ask when we're going "home to our white house". :) we'll be back for sure (my husband is convinced we should move to Mykonos. He's Greek & is ready to leave America in the dust...at least for the summer months!).

A Breathtaking View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Princess. Perfectly situated just right above the town of Mykonos, we enjoyed our ten minute stroll to the village in the evenings. The home has a magnificent terrace that has the most beautiful views of the town and small port, where we enjoyed our coffees in the morning and our cocktails at sunset. The home was very well appointed, the beds comfortable, and internet worked like a charm! We just had a great time and we recommend this wonderful villa to anyone visiting Mykonos for the first time or repeat visitors of this magical island!
