Peoria Vacation Rental house

My wife and I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed this lovely, immaculate Vacation home. It was our first time in the Phoenix area, and we will definately return to this comfortable, well appointed home and to Arizona again!

We found everything that we needed was already in the home and all we did was add the groceries! Cooking in the well stocked kitchen was convenient and so much fun for us every day.

We certainly appreciated the owner's attention to detail, such as providing the most comforatble beds, that really contributed to the rest we so needed on this vacation. The ensuite and walk-in closet were well-planned and we had more than enough room for our things. And... we loved the Bath and Body Works products - true pampering

Everything we needed was there for us; from pool toys, to a fully stocked laundry, to a thoughtful library of reading materials. We even had everything we needed to put a picnic together and venture out on a day trip.

We were glad to have brought a GPS on this first trip, and it became our best friend on our daily treks. Groceries, shopping, coffee shops and fine dining were only minutes away by car, but we truly treasured the 'quiet' of the vacation home's neighbourhood.

The grounds of the home are tastefully decorated with desert flowers, shrubs and trees, and we thoroughly enjoyed the salt water pool each and every day... especially enjoyed our meals outside in the clean, quiet and very private yard.

Knowing that your concierge service was only a telephone call away was reassuring for anything that may have come up. And we certainly made use of the tourist brochures left on the kitchen desk - that was very helpful - thank you.

A beautiful venue to soak up some R&R, as well as entertain friends and family in the area. We will definately return to your lovely Vacation home in 2010.

I like to stay where I have all the benefits of home, but have access to a long list of new experiences. This is such a place. A beautiful, quiet home with everything I needed nearby and everything I wanted (Sedona, Tucson, Phoenix....) a just short distance away; the central location made touring Arizona easy. The home is spacious, elegant and comfortable. The owners seem to have thought of everything -- no doubt they live there, too!

The people Dan has hired to help guests are very helpful and personable. It was nice knowing that advice or a spare pair of hands was only a phone call away. Speaking of advice, a heavy binder full of pamphlets and information made it super easy to browse through possibilities.

Everyone was very concerned that the home was spotless, and everything I needed was provided. It was.

Finally, because it's a new district, a 5 mimute walk took me away from the residential and into the desert. A 30 minute, easy stroll took me to the hills for some very fine views.

In a week, I didn't come close to seeing all the sights. I will be going back as the stay is well worth repeating a few more times.

Wonderful place to stay, house is clean and décor is warm; all amenities are provided, close to grocery and shopping malls. We felt very comfortable and secure.
