3 bedrooms 2 full baths, 1 half bath, sleeps 8-10

This three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa is cozy and quiet with all new furnishings, new kitchen and new gorgeous tile floor. The island's best beach is just a 4 minute walk along the bike path and includes restrooms and a shower area for rinsing off. This is an end unit which adds to the privacy of the villa and has three outdoor patios. It has a private patio in the front great for outdoor lunches and bike storage, the rear patio is shaded with comfortable seating, and a child's eating and play area patio right off the side sliding doors which let in a lot of light. The large shaded swimming pool is just a few steps from the front door and has restrooms and a small exercise area. 'Adventure Cove', a wholesome children's entertainment area, is located a very short walk away. There are also good restaurants within easy walking distance. This villa is perfect for two families or a family bringing along the grandparents for a fun family vacation. A great vacation home at a reasonable price.

Hilton Head Island is the home of the nationally renowned Harbourtown Lighthouse and the best golf and tennis in the country. Located on North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island, the home is in a very private residential area. Access to the beach is very limited so it is never crowded. A short walk takes you to shopping and many different restaurants. The island area has many golf courses, tennis, fitness centers, two outlet malls, four star restaurants, and many national retailers. Grocery shopping is very economical and there are many choices if you choose to cook in. A one hour drive takes you to beautiful Savannah or Beaufort, both historical cities with beautiful antebellum homes. Two hours takes you to Charleston.

The property is perfect for a family looking for a vacation in Hilton Head. The condo is perfectly sized, well stocked with kitchen essentials and close to the beach. There are many options for rentals in Hilton Head, but few are as close to the beach and as centrally located as this property. For families looking for a great value, I highly recommend this property!

Despite the rainy, chilly weather we had a great time while at Stones Throw Villa. We had plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. The beach was a nice morning walk away and all stores etc were a nice bike ride away.

We really appreicate the great communication and property offered, they are awesome people to work with!
