This three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa is cozy and quiet with all new furnishings. The island's best beach is just a 4 minute walk along the bike path and includes restrooms and a shower area for rinsing off. This is an end unit which adds to the privacy of the villa and has three outdoor patios. It has a private patio in the front suitable for outdoor lunches and bike storage, the rear patio is shaded with comfortable seating, and a child's eating and play area patio right off the side sliding doors which let in a lot of light. The large shaded swimming pool is just a few steps from the front door and has restrooms and a small exercise area. 'Adventure Cove', a wholesome children's entertainment area, is located a very short walk away. There are also good restaurants within easy walking distance. This villa is perfect for two families or a family bringing along the grandparents for a fun family vacation. A great vacation home at a reasonable price.

Location: Hilton Head < South Carolina < USA

Hilton Head Island is the home of the nationally renowned Harbourtown Lighthouse and the best golf and tennis in the country. Located on North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island, the home is in a very private residential area. Access to the beach is very limited so it is never crowded. A short walk takes you to shopping and many different restaurants. The island area has many golf courses, tennis, fitness centers, two outlet malls, four star restaurants, and many national retailers. Grocery shopping is very economical and there are many choices if you choose to cook in. A one hour drive takes you to beautiful Savannah or Beaufort, both historical cities with beautiful antebellum homes. Two hours takes you to Charleston.
