Enjoy Beautiful Sunrises in our Boathouse located on wide deep waters of Lake Greenwood. Enjoy private fishing on our 50 ft pier. Lots of glass for great views or enjoy the 5 man hot tub on private deck. fully equipped kitchen provided with large refrigerators with ice makers, full sized glass top stoves, large microwaves, all cooking pots and pans, blenders, can openers, coffee pots, toasters, and dish,or enjoy grilling out on private deck.Almost every major restaurant you can imagine just minutes up the road; numerous golf courses; Park Seed Gardens; the Ninety Six National Historic Site; and the historic Abbeville Opera House all within a short drive.

Nearest Motorway: HWY 221/72 BY PASS at 3 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 175.0 Miles
Car: necessary
From Columbia Take I-26 North to Clinton exit. Go thru Clinton. Stay on Hwy 71 towards Greenwood. After crossing main bridge over Lake Greenwood on Hwy 72 until you get to the first traffic light. This is Hwy 246 at Coronaca. Go right on 246. When you get to a 4 way stop sign take a right. Look for Sandshore Drive on the right. It will be the fourth road on your right after leaving the 4 way stop sign. Turn right onto Sandshore Drive, follow this road until the tar and gravel ends. Then turn to your left onto a dirt gravel well maintained county road. Go about 200 yards, take the first drive to your right. This is a long drive, you will not see any houses at this point. While continuing down the drive, you will see a parking area for boats or boat trailers to the right. If towing a boat .
