New to the rental market this Luxury Home is right on the Bay with Spectacular Sunsets. This upscale 5000+ square foot, 5 bedroom (1 King, and 4 Queen) 5.5 bath custom built home has room for you and all your family and friends. The open floor plans allows for everyone to be close and still have room to stretch out. The fully equipped kitchen has custom built cherry cabinets, huge island, granite counter tops, Viking gas range, large refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher plus coffee maker, blender, mixer, and toaster. Water views from all but 2 rooms. The very large recreation room has a table for playing games, a Big Screen TV and a bar with ice maker. The house is less then a mile to the Atlantic Ocean beaches off 120th Street. There is a community outdoor pool and tennis courts (tennis: $100 for 1 week usage plus $25 key deposit that is refundable). Grocery store, Drug store. Bus stop and restaurants are located at 120th and Ocean Highway.

  • Rates are plus 10.5% tax and $300 cleaning fee.
    Generally rentals are Saturday to Saturday except last minute and multiple week rentals when available.
    Weekend rentals gladly accepted in the slower seasons.
    Discounts offered to smaller groups (6 or less) during slower seasons.
    Last minute and multiple week rentals will be discounted.
    Weekend nights are considered Friday, Saturday & Sunday
    Check in is 4 pm
    Check out is 10 am.
    Reservation Deposit is 50% of rental which also includes a $1500 damage deposit.
    Remainder of rent is due 30 days before arrival.
    Cancellation Policy - Full refund Greater then 65 days minus $250 Processing Fee.

Large open floor plan ideal for multiple family rental. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 of them have breathtaking views of the bay. Newer construction with many amenities on secluded street close to the ocean.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
