  • Sunday to Sunday rental April -Sep. Check in is 4:00pm Monday. Check out is 10:00am.
  • To secure the reservation: 50% rent pre-payment is due within 7 (seven) days of the guest's reservation request. The 50% rent pre-payment holds the reservation until close of business on the Friday preceding 30 days before check in. Cancellation: After a reservation is made, the reservation funds are non-refundable. If the owner re-books the home then the reservation funds may be refunded.
    Final payment: The rental balance, including sales tax (11.5%), security deposit(s), linen fee, cleaning fee, and remaining rent is due to the owner in full, no later than close of business on the Friday preceding 30 days before check in. For example: For a July 6th check in, the final rental balance is due to the owner no later than the close of business on June 5th. Time is of the essence. Cancellations can be hard to re-book as the check in date approaches. Owner reserves the right to cancel reservations without a refund if full payment is not received on time.

Quiet, Low Traffic Location on Folly Beach: This Home is in a low traffic, quiet part of Folly Beach, yet is within a 5 minute walking distance of all Center Street activities, pier, shopping, etc. The beach is a straight shot - 2 blocks from the house. This corner lot home is great for entertaining.

Beach Activities: Surf at the best spot in over 100 miles up or down the East Coast - The Washout - just 8 blocks from the house. Rent Jet Ski's by the Pier, fish from the Pier, eat at Locklear's on the pier or rent beach cruiser bicycles and check out the county park or the old coast guard station.

Other Activities: Pier Fishing, Golf Cart Rentals, Sunbathing, Skateboarding, Kite Boarding

Loved the house and the yard and the location. Well equipped, but could use pot holders and a full length mirror. We also had to buy TP to refill while we were there, but the TP roses when we got there were super cute. Must note again that two sets of bunk beds (sleeping for 4) is in an alcove off the living room without a door. This didn't present a problem for us, but should be kept in mind. Pictures don't really show how big it is and I can't rave enough about the master bath which has a two-head shower with bench, enormous tub (my 6 year old swam in it) and hot tile floor. Porches and decks all around made for plenty of space for all of us inside and out. Terrific!

Wow. Perfect. So close to the beach. Great screened in porch and perfect fenced in back yard, even a grill! We could not have asked for more. The master suite was gorgeous - especially the very large shower and deep tub! So relaxing. Great communication with the renter. Only thing did not like was 2 sets of bunk beds right off kitchen/living area had no door to room - a little inconvienant for those trying to sleep through the early morning risers. Other then that couldn't have asked for a better vacation. -TONS of storage spaces large closets and huge walk in pantry. Was all great would do it again - Thanks!

Beautiful beach home

Our traveling group of 8 women had a luxurious 7-day vacation in this home. We walked to the beach every day---the beach nearby is beautiful and very easy to access. There is huge refrigerator plus everything needed to cook whatever you want. Great WD in separate laundry room. Walk-in pantry to store everything. Large screened in porch plus another porch with faucett to clean up after going to beach. Everything provided---from detergent to paper towels and toilet paper (although we needed more for 8 women!). Beds universally comfortable; furniture top of the line. Plenty of closet and drawer space, and plenty of space to spread out. Huge dining room table for meals and game playing. House immaculately cleaned. I hope to come back to this beach and to this house. Perfect.

Gorgeous

We had a blast, as did our dogs. With three 2-legs and three 4-legs, the location of this house was ideal. Short walk to the beach and close enough to the end of E. Erie that the traffic was light. We could take the girls out for a walk and not see but a couple of cars.

We were amazed at how dog-friendly the Folly Beach area is. The house itself is huge and perfectly laid out. We couldn't have asked for a better time. Check in and check out, as well as contact with the owner was flawless. Much, much recommended. Thank you!

Love this house!

Walked into this house and loved it. The photos do not
show the true size, as the ceilings are about 13 feet high,
and the rooms are much larger than they look. Yard is
great if you have a dog, and dog door is handy if you lock
yourself out as I did.(I'm sure the neighbors enjoyed watching me squeeze through). This would be a great house to bring children!
