Brand New home in 2008. This home has all the amenities, appliance, and comfort one would expect in a modern well appointed home. Post and beam construction with a cathedral ceilings give this home the warm and views of a Western Canada lodge. The great room features a 25' tall grand fireplace, cathedral ceiling with a walk around rail loft balcony, and massive picture windows overlooking the mountains. Enjoy an evening in front of the fireplace or in the Jacuzzi under the stars. Home layout: Main floor:Great room with 25' ceiling and fireplace, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with queen bed and master bath and soaking tub, second bedroom has a queen bed. third bedroom has a queen bed. Loft 1600sf:- Full bathroom, fireplace, sitting room, game table, two balcony decks, queen bed and triple bunk bed. Additional bedroom sleeps 3 on a queen and single. Basement has pool table and ping/pong table. (This is a non smoking home.)

Notes: The property is on the border of the National Forest. Behind the house is an emergency fire trail, which leads to the Applachian Trail and is a great mountain biking trail, in that it is 99% downhill for about 5 miles. Cars are not allowed on trail, and the Trail ends up within 1/2 mile of Tsali State Bike and Horse Park. We have a canoe available which is great for the lake and less turbulent area of the rivers. The kids love to take the canoe and swamp it in the lake and use it for a swim platform.
