Our immaculate and extremely spacious Florida home accommodates 6 people easily and also has a double sofa bed in the second lounge area. This property has been furnished to an extremely high standard with comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV and stereo with IPod dock.
We have a 29' private pool with separate spa, underwater lighting and heater when required. A high quality patio table with comfy chairs and loungers are provided with outside lighting for the evenings. A BBQ is also available for convenient alfresco dining. There is a community pool, cabana and children's playground located on the development.
This is a 3 bedroom, fully air conditioned single story home, great for those with mobility difficulties. The large master bedroom features a king size bed,ceiling fan,tv, and en suite bathroom plus walk-in closet containing cot, pushchair and highchair for infant use. There is also a double size bedroom with ceiling fan and flat screen tv and the third holds twin beds,also ceiling fan and flat screen tv, both have closets, between these lies the family bathroom.
The spacious living area comprises of open plan dinning and socializing area with flat screen TV which includes DVD player and a large sectional sofa. Also separate comfortable seating area with double sofa bed and CD player with IPod docking station.Both areas have ceiling fans for added comfort.
There is a large open plan kitchen,with tiled floor which is fully equipped and the dining area has a natural wood dining table with six chairs and a kitchen island which has complementary tall chairs doubling as a breakfast area.
The utility room consists of a washer and dryer and leads to the 2 car garage.
Our villa is conveniently located near all attractions, Disney (10 min), Universal Studios, Wet & Wild, Sea World (25 min), Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and the East Coast beaches (1 hr), Gulf Coast beaches (approx 1 1/2 hrs). It is only 30-40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 1 hour from Sanford.
There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive and many shops and restaurants nearby such as Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix, Kohls, Chili's, Applebees and soon to come Red Lobster and Olive Garden. Within walking distance there is a post office, pharmacy, supermarket and fast-food restaurants plus salons and banks.
The US192 is just a 5 minute drive away and many restaurants and shops can be found here.
