Come enjoy our completely renovated (As of May 1, 2009) three bedroom, 3 1/2 bath 'beach house' on Eastward Point, one of the most exclusive private beach communities on the Cape. It has over 2,100 square feet of living space and will comfortably sleep 10 people. This property boasts a beautiful private sandy beach which is just steps away and also includes a private dock to launch your kayaks. The home is across the street from two separate 'common areas' as well, which also offer access to Pleasant Bay. It is truly one of the most unique locations on Cape Cod.

Chatham -- a charming spot with sophisticated restaurants, chic boutiques and pristine sugary-sand beaches -- is located in the middle of Cape Cod (right on the outer 'elbow'). The area's main activities are low-key beach strolling, bicycle riding and seafood eating. Head to Chatham Light Beach for an early-morning walk near the water. Hike a few minutes from the entrance to find your own solitary stretch. Long fingers of beach and sand-bar islands appear and disappear along with the shifting tides. It is best to walk to the beach, since parking is limited. Hardings Beach is a popular narrow stretch of sand fronting Nantucket Sound. There's plenty of parking. Chatham's Main Street is great for an afternoon of wandering: There is a wealth of clothing and jewelry boutiques, antique stores, bookstores and cafes. History buffs will appreciate the wealth of beautiful maritime gems at Kahn Fine Antiques. Stop at Chatham Candy Manor for delectable hand-dipped chocolates. And Much Much More.

Second and Third Bedrooms Each bedroom has its own bath attached, one with a corner shower and marble vanity sink and tile floors, the other with a large tile shower, tile floor and pedestal sink.

We all want to thank you so very much for the opportunity to stay at your house in Chatham .The home is absolutely beautiful –a great layout with such impressive attention to the details that make it feel so warm, inviting, relaxing and luxurious. We all really enjoyed chilling out at lunchtime on the deck and appreciated the opportunity to use a grill for our meals. Your outdoor shower was also a “most frequently used space” (ahhhh…summer!) Our Mom & Dad particularly loved staying in the Master suite – gorgeous. Our girls thought their room with ‘big’ beds and its own bath was like “being in a palace.” Finally (and clearly a reflection of our lives at this point in time) We loved the kitchen the most…great job!!!

We spent a week at this home and had a fantastic vacation. The home is extremely well appointed (chef's kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and common areas), spacious and close to everything. Great location, owner is fantastic and flexible, would definitely come back without a second thought!
