Come enjoy our completely renovated three bedroom, 3 1/2 bath 'beach house' on Eastward Point, one of the most exclusive private beach communities on the Cape. It has over 2,600 square feet of living space and will comfortably sleep 10 people. The ideal sleeping situation for the house is for 6 adults and 4 children. This property boasts a beautiful private sandy beach which is just steps away and also includes a private dock to launch your kayaks. The home is across the street from two separate 'common areas' as well, which also offer access to Pleasant Bay. It is truly one of the most unique locations on Cape Cod.

The Town: Chatham -- a charming spot with sophisticated restaurants, chic boutiques and pristine sugary-sand beaches -- is located in the middle of Cape Cod (right on the outer 'elbow'). The area's main activities are low-key beach strolling, bicycle riding and seafood eating. Head to Chatham Light Beach for an early-morning walk near the water. Hike a few minutes from the entrance to find your own solitary stretch. Long fingers of beach and sand-bar islands appear and disappear along with the shifting tides. It is best to walk to the beach, since parking is limited. Hardings Beach is a popular narrow stretch of sand fronting Nantucket Sound. There's plenty of parking. Chatham's Main Street is great for an afternoon of wandering: There is a wealth of clothing and jewelry boutiques, antique stores, bookstores and cafes. Amazing House, Highly recommend!!!

This house is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice... and its HUGE! You can easily have three couples stay without feeling like you're stepping on each other. The house is completely updated, super clean, and fully stocked (sheets, towels, kitchenware, and all of those things you forget like coffee and spices).

One thing to note is that navigation systems seem to want to take you down a street that doesn't exist to get to the house but after you've been there once, you just realize you need to take the street before where it tells you to turn. Oh, I didn't see the path to the ocean, but in all fairness... I didn't look.

The property manager is very nice, easy to work with and clearly cares a lot about the home.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND (and I have high standards)!! I can't wait to stay here again!

This house is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. Our party consisted of two couples; there was more than enough room to move around and not be on top of one another. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Beautiful, immaculate home, fantastic experience

Everything about this house is really, really, nice. We stayed at the end of August and it felt like we were the first guests of the season. Super clean, really tastefully furnished with very comfortable beds, luxury linens and towels, and everything you need. High end fixtures and appliances. Think Four Seasons North Chatham.

The location is central (close to downtown Chatham, Nausett beach, Schoolhouse Pond, Crystal Lake, 137 shopping area, etc), but quiet and private in a great neighborhood. Gorgeous setting, one of the most beautiful areas of Chatham. Kids loved walking on the private beach and collecting shells.

The owner couldn't have been nicer or more concerned with us having a great week-- we were scheduled to arrive right with hurricane Irene -- and he made us feel like he was really looking out for us.

My husband and I stayed with our 3 boys ages 6 to 11, and everyone was sad to leave and wants to go back.

Many thanks to the owner for sharing this beautiful home and for a great homeaway experience!

This is really nice!

We had such a blast this past week. The weather didn't deter us, it just forced us to truly relax with sleeping in late and hour long Monopoly challenges.

My husband and I had dinner alone at 28 Atlantic which was memorable and delicious.

The diner at the Chatham airport is under new management (which you may already know) and we went 3 times. Delicious. The chef from Chatham Bars in opened it and is looking for a dinner location. He is really talented.

Our day trips were Hyannis, Provincetown, Chatham and the fishing pier and Martha's Vineyard. All were crazy fun with the Vineyard and Provincetown being the highlight.

The house is so nice and comfortable. We loved it. The kitchen is perfect and the beds so comfy. One late afternoon after the rain we walked to the bay and had a lot of fun. We have never rented before and my husband was reticent. The moment we walked in he said, "This is really nice."

Everyone we met was super friendly. All in all- a wonderful week.

Spectacular

Good morning- just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed our visit to Cape Cod and thank you for the beautiful accomodations. The house- truly a home- was beautiful, immaculate and totally stocked with everything we could have needed. Our 4 grandchildren enjoyed the walk to the bay and looking for shells. As Midwesterners that was a thrill and we hope to revisit some time.
