This luxury townhome is in a private, gated retreat in the heart of The Village of Baytowne Wharf, this is a place in the center of it all. It is an end unit with views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and Market Street. The home is in a community unique on the Emerald Coast and is more than simply another condominium. The 1764 square feet are arranged on three floors. Each of the three bedrooms has a balcony. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with luxurious appointments in their bathrooms (stone and marble). The top floor is entirely devoted to one large master bedroom. The second floor has the second master bedroom with an equally luxurious bath. Double eight-foot French doors lead to the covered balcony, shared with the third bedroom. All bedrooms and the covered balconies have ceiling fans. The ground floor has a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a great room with twin mahogany double French doors leading to to the veranda. You are transported to Charleston or old New Orleans.

Golf, Silversands Outlet Mall, deep sea fishing, scuba or snorkeling, tennis, biking, a first class marina, fine dining just a stroll away. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a center of nightlife and cultural events. Le Jardin is in the center of it, secluded behind wrought iron gates.
