Property is set back from the cul de sac street behind gated wall providing complete privacy. Large driveway parks 3 cars. Large living room with high ceilings and crown molding plus working fireplace and windows that span the entire room. Hardwood floors throughout. Newly remodeled bathroom with jacuzzi tub, granite shower and walls. Private bedroom and bath on the tower level makes you feel like you are living in a castle surveying your kingdom. Walk through the door and feel at home in this peaceful environment. The immediate neighborhood is the chic place to live as it has been revitalized the last few years right off antique row.

We rented this house when we went to San Diego for a family vacation. Everything from our first contact to quickly receiving our security deposit after our stay went very smoothly. It is a great place, very well-kept with an amazing view that the pictures don't do justice. The neighborhood seemed very safe and most places we wanted to go were within 10 minutes and easily accessible. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
