Boater's Paradise! Beautiful waterfront property nestled on five acres of deep woods. Very quiet and peaceful; private. Two bedroom two bath main house sleeps 4 plus guest house with 1 bath and large loft area which sleeps up to 6. .Watch the sailboats go by and the lobster men work 25 feet offshore. This property is normally 10 degrees cooler than downtown Boothbay due to the deep water currents. Great sleeping. 'Ovens Mouth' preserve is nearby plus other woodsy hiking trails on the water. Deep water mooring and floating dock.
