Step onto the sunny patio and relax on the waterway or walk a few steps to an organic bakery and coffee shop. A two minute walk takes you to a harbour ferry, connecting you with pubs, the inner harbour restaurants and shopping. Walking paths are accessible right from your door that connect you to the heart of downtown Victoria in 15 minutes or take you through Victoria's scenic upper harbour.

About The Owner

We love to travel and have great adventures as a family. One of the things we enjoy most about traveling is cooking and eating together. Being able to provide a great place for families and friends on an adventure in Victoria is a passion for us.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2008

Why The Owner chose Victoria

We chose to buy this property for a vacation rental because of the cutting edge environmental design of the project and the amazing location. The community that is being built as part of a ten-year project has achieved the highest environmental awards in North America. The location is on the harbor in Victoria, but away from all the traffic noise of downtown and the float-plane traffic of the inner harbor.

What makes this townhome unique

This home is located in a community of environmentally conscious development. The spirit and beauty of the area are a unique gift to all that stay here.

Truly relaxing.

This rental is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. It is close to everything (shops, parks, waterfront, airport, etc), but still makes you feel like you are "away from it all."

Wonderful condo

Our family of four (including two young children) recently stayed in the condo for a week. It is tastefully decorated and well-stocked for a longer-term stay. The condo is within easy walking access to the Inner Harbour (down the hill and across the Johnson Street Bridge) and the always beautiful Westsong Walkway. With a grocery store a block away, an organic bakery just steps from the back door, and the Galloping Goose Trail (for biking and running) around the corner, the location can't be beat. Although a public walkway runs behind the condo, it gets very little foot traffic and the unit feels quite private. We very much appreciated (to our surprise) the pack n play crib, highchair and the many puzzles and toys for the kids. Terrific.

Great condo near downtown

I recently stayed here with my husband and young son. The condo is very clean and clutter free. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable too. Downtown is easily walkable in 10-15 min (longer if you are going to the museum or legislature) and there is obviously no hassle for parking in the city core. There is a Save-On, Liquor store and Starbucks within spitting distance which is super handy. We never used the Harbour Ferry but I'm sure it would be fun and make downtown even easier to access.

Lovely home to stay

My family with 2 young kids (age 4 and 11 months) and 2 seniors stayed in this lovely house for the July 4th weekend. It was a clean, beautiful and modern decorating house. Very convenient location, walking distance to downtown Victoria (the harbor). One night after dinner, we walked about 45-60 minutes (with 2 young kids) to the fisherman's wharf then took the water taxi back to Delta hotel where about 10 mins walking distance to home. The kids and my parents had so much fun. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would recommend this lovely home to friends and families.

Perfect

What a perfect location, and a beautiful, well equipped home! Beautifully decorated, this condo was perfect for our needs over the weekend. Instructions were very clear, and all our questions and concerns were answered so quickly. It was a very great location, close to downtown, and close to the bike paths, groceries, liquor store, everything you could possibly need. We would rent this condo again in a heart beat!

Even nicer than pictured!

Spacious, comfortable for two couples. Beautiful, modern property with lovely view of small garden and stream in the back. (complete with ducks!) The bedrooms bathrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, allowing for maximum privacy. The kitchen is well equipped. Very clean. Within walking distance to downtown Victoria. One block away from supermarket. Only downside was the weather! One other comment: there were no maps of the area or informational brochures--we had to stop people on the street to inquire about directions to town/supermarkets/etc. The transaction for renting this apartment went very smoothly, but there was no personal interaction.
