PARADISE VACATION AT THE BEACH

Although I was a little skeptical because this was the first time we rented a place using an internet tool, I have to say this was an amazing time for our family.

The apartment was big enough to accomodate the 8 of us with plenty of space left. The apartment was very nice decorated and clean. Carlos and Gaudy are great to do business with. We lived in PR, but truly enjoyed our time in Loiza. The weather was perfect for our kids, and the pools were very clean and enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay, relax and enjoy quality family time.

Although I was a little skeptical after reading reviews on how far from San Juan this property was located, I actually believe it is better to stay out of town as it is much closer to El Yunque and Fajardo.

The apartment was nice and clean and Carlos and Gaudy were very welcoming. Truly enjoyed our time in PR. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattresses. For those in their 40s and above, the mattresses are tough on the back.

Other than that, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. You are definitely more immersed in the Puerto Rican culture as the majority of people that stayed here were spanish speaking. Most spoke some english and everyone was very nice and helpful.

IIf this is your first time looking to rent in Puerto Rico, do not be afraid to rent this place. We were a little reluctant in renting a condo from an owner at the beginning since we always rent from a Timeshare or a hotel.
We came to Puerto Rico to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary with our grown children, their spouses and our grandchildren.
We tried many other sites, but the prices were either too high or just not worth paying for it. After reading the reviews and speaking with Carlos many, many times, my husband and I felt very at ease to choose this place.
Everything that is advertised at the site is more than what we expected. The apartment was very clean as well comfortable for the 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children.
One of the greatest advantage of this place is “The Lazy River Pool “. If you have a large family like ours, with 4 children that all they want to do is to be on the water, you found heaven in a Silver Platter!. Also, the grounds are immaculate and well kept. We had breakfast, put on our bathing suits… and straight to the pool!Also since they close the pools at 1:00 am we were able to go out, sight seen and come home to take a dip before going to bed!
There are many stores close by and Carlos were very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had and direct us to where ever we needed to go.
We will definitively tell our friends and we will come back again! Our many thanks to Carlos who was very patience when we arrived at PR at 4:30 am and was waiting for us at the car rental to guide us to the place. If you are looking for a place to relax and feel at home, this is your place. Do not look any further.
We recommend this place for couples, families with children and teens.
