Same rates as last year. 10% discount to all returning renters! Palazzo is probably THE nicest condominium in Panama City Beach (PCB). Unlike the typical, larger high rise condos in PCB, Palazzo is only 129 units (17 floors), making its 220' of beach front far less crowded than most other PCB condos. It has a unique, elevated gulf-front pool and spa, decorative waterfall, gulf-front lobby, and three high speed elevators. While we encourage families, the decor is geared toward adults, and assumes responsible, well-behaved children. We do have a large movie and music libary, table games, beach toys and games, and beach chairs and umbrellas--all for free use by our guests. If you are looking for a brand new, cheerful, very well-decorated place to relax and refresh, this is it. We chose the 7th floor because it is close enough to the sand to hear the surf, providing easy access to the water and a beautiful view, without being too high to feel uncomfortable while enjoying the balcony

Palazzo is on the west end of PCB, within walking distance of the beautiful new 'Pier Park'--a terrific, pedestrian-friendly area with shopping, dining, movie theaters, and town park. The beaches on the west end of PCB are less crowded than those on the east end of PCB. An inexpensive trolley service makes it easy to ride up and down Front Beach Road to visit PCB's restaurants and bars.

There is a bit of us reflected in the fun décor. We haven’t skimped on furnishings, wanting to create an atmosphere of “casual elegance”. We trust that our guests will feel like they are at a home, not a hotel. To help enhance that experience, we’ve compiled a 3-ring binder to try to help make your stay easier, to help you make yourself at home, and to help find fun things to do in the area. You will find the binder on the kitchen counter near the telephone. It contains instructions for operating the electronics and appliances in the condo, restaurant menus and reviews of area restaurants by guests, and more.

Underground Parking is IN the Building: Unlike most of the condos along Panama City Beach, Palazzo's parking garage is under the building, not across the street. Covered parking keeps your car interior from baking, and close proximity to the 3 high speed elevators makes coming and going, and carrying beach things or groceries, much more convenient than it is at other properties.

Keyless Entry System + Secure Wireless Internet: We have a keyless entry system, so there is no need for you to keep track of access keys or cards. You will have a private 6-digit entry code for you stay. We also have a high speed, secure wireless internet in our condo, free for your use. The cable TV has expanded service, so there are a couple hundred TV and music channels, including HD.

What a great vacation we had here at Palazzo Paradise! The condo is superb, close to the hot spots, but far enough to enjoy family time at the beach or pool. The upscale furnishings and kitchen make your time here feel like a first class vacation destination. The short walk from the condo to the beach makes it a wonderful place to enjoy the day in the water. We would highly recommend this condo for a vacation to relax on the beach or take in all the activities of PCB. We enjoyed a boat ride to Shell Island, a tour on wave runners, airboat rides and much more.
Enjoy a piece of luxury in paradise!

What a delightful experience it has been to spend a week in your fantastic condo. You have done a tremendous job in furnishing it with a homey feel to it. Even the wall paint is mellow and relaxing.
We can’t think of any needs that aren’t met. Your book of suggestions was excellent.
Panama City Beach is lovely and has many family oriented activities.
Thanks muchly for all the hard work you have put into the condo and making it a #10!

The aptly named Palazzo Paradise is a slice of paradise! Great location in west PCB, less developed and less crowded beaches. New building with great amenities. The condo is very comfortable with everything you need. Quieter than most beach condos but close to good restaurants and attractions. We had a great time.

Palazzo Paradise was everything we hoped it would be; and the property has many wonderful amenities. The pool, hot tub, and exercise room were all top notch, and the covered parking was a nice feature in the hot Florida sun! The furnishings and decor look as if they were hand picked by a professional interior designer. We spent quite a bit of our time on the balcony; the view is wonderful and the balcony is very spacious. We enjoyed the west end of PCB and discovered several great spots to eat. Don't miss this little piece of Paradise!
