This magnificent home was completed March 2009 with eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, media room, and game room. This home is located in beautiful Frangista Beach, Destin. The Mediterranean style home has 4200 square feet of living space, 600 square feet of decks and private pool. Access to the private beach is just a one minute walk. 8 bedrooms, 8 baths, sleeps 20. Pool - 30×14 - (Heating on request). Easy access to beach – one minute walk to the beach. Fully furnished with comfortable seating and colorful artwork, perfect open plan for large group gatherings. Large flat screen TV in living room. Large flat screen TV in Media room with Nintendo Wii. TVs in all living areas and bedrooms. High speed internet, WI-FI. Large fully-equipped kitchen with Viking stainless steel appliances, 2 coffee pots, 2 blender, toaster oven and 2 dishwashers. Large dining table seats 10 , Adjacent breakfast bar seats 3. High end mattresses and bedding. Towels and linens provided.

  • $3000 to $7200/week
  • Calculate 11% Fl. Bed Tax to rate. To reserve a date and property a completed contract (which will be sent via email) and 1/3rd of total payment is required within 14 days. The last 2/3 payment and taxes are due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. All payments and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa or MasterCard). A credit card form will be supplied on request and must be faxed or mailed. Reservation Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the booking, the security deposit will not be refunded. However, if we can rebook the property for the advertised price your entire security deposit is refunded. Mandatory Evacuation: A hurricane must be named by the National Weather Service and a mandatory evacuation for Destin issued in order for you to be refunded for early departure. If this is the case a pro-rated amount will be refunded.
