Our New Construction (2009!) home sits on 2.7 acres with over 325 feet of riverfront on the popular Saco River. Enjoy the warm water and the beach across the river, or drop a canoe in the river and enjoy the trip down. Ideal for those looking to relax and to get away from it all. Our home sits 15 minutes away from North Conway and endless shopping at the numerous outlet stores / restaurants. If you prefer to stay local, Fryeburg has friendly sandwich shops and bars/restaurants within 5 minutes. Enjoy golfing? 10 minutes North and you will find a nice golf course that is easy on your wallet. Check out the drive-in theater in Bridgton, Maine the next town over for some family fun. Everything is at your fingertips, yet you still feel you are away from it all. Enjoy all the water activities and then relax in a brand new house with a large deck off the kitchen. Fire up the BBQ and call it a day!

Fryeburg Maine is conveniently located to major ski resorts in New Hampshire and Maine. Shawnee Peak is 20 minutes away in Bridgton, Maine...Attitash is 30 minutes away in Bartlett, NH....Sunday River is 1 hour North....King Pine sledding/ski (great for families) is 35 minutes in Madison NH...Plus many other activities. You can rent snowmobiles in Fryeburg, minutes from the house. There are plenty of trails in town for those snow-shoers or winter hikers looking to find their own tranquility. Truly a unique location with something for everyone.
