Ocean Front home! The “Wave Watcher” was built in 1951 and remodeled and added onto in 1989. The home retains many of the period details of the 50’s along with the modern conveniences of today. The home is located directly on the ocean in the beautiful Cambria beach community known as Marine Terrace. It is located one block from sandy beaches at Harvey Beach and Lampson Cliff Park and just a short walk to the East-West Ranch. The home consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace plus a dining room and well- equipped kitchen. Both upstairs bedrooms are master suites; one has its own private deck looking out over the ocean and the other has a wood-burning fireplace. There is also a huge ocean-side deck, garage parking for two cars, and a long driveway.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rate Range $350-$450.00 a night depending on amount of guests.
  • Rates are as Follows:
    1-2 Guests $350.00 a night
    3-4 Guests $400.00 a night
    5-6 Guests $450.00 a night

    Off Season Minimum stay 5 nights required.
    During summer months 7 night min.
    A $500.00 security deposit is required with your reservation.
    Well-trained pets will be considered with payment of an additional $250 Security deposit.
    also a non refundable fee of $75.00 per dog.

    Cleaning fee $125.00 extra charges may be taken out of security deposit for extra clean needed.
    There is a $25.00 reservation fee.
    All payments must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
    Sheets, towels and initial supply of paper goods will be provided.
    Check in time is 3:00pm, check out 10AM
    Our home is strictly NON SMOKING, Everywhere in the home, decks, and driveway!
