Get away to the tropics in this lovely Caribbean themed home located less than a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea in a quiet residential neighborhood. When you're not on the beach, you'll enjoy the brand new, heated pool and spa (completed October 2008). The beautiful heated pool has an attached, raised hot tub with a waterfall. The house also features a lovely screened-in patio to enjoy day or night. You can even hear the ocean waves while enjoying the beautiful South Florida weather. Located east of the Intracoastal, this is truly a 'walk to the beach' location. Restaurants, shops and sights are a short jaunt down AIA.

This home met and exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the amenities that you could possibly need or want. The backyard, pool, and jacuzzi are wonderful and provide a very relaxing personal Shangri La. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and located in a very nice, quite, and safe neighborhood. A grocery store and restaurants are within a mile. The owner made everything very easy and efficient without any troubles. I highly recommend this home. We cannot wait to go back.
