Just a half-block walk (100 yards) to the Snowflake Lift, this multi-level Elk Ridge townhouse is in a sought-after location. The town shuttle also stops out front for easy access to the Peak 9 lifts and to downtown. Built in 1996, this townhouse is well decorated and is very comfortable for larger groups. This end unit condo townhouse also features 3 decks, in-floor radiant heat and log accents. In addition to the private outdoor hot tub, every bedroom also features a TV. The one-car garage is a nice amenity also. Recent additions include granite slab counter tops in the kitchen and powder room. Spring and summers are beautiful here! Take advantage of the golfing, rafting, mountain biking, and of course hiking. Or, just relax in a very comfortable setting, and get un-plugged from the world for a while. Yes, if you need WI-FI it is available.

Perfect Location!!

We had a family reunion here this summer. The condominium had a great layout consisting of several floors so that noise was minimized and plenty of bathrooms for all. The deck was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, biking or white water rafting with a cocktail and enjoying the amazing weather. We will definitely be back!

Breckenridge is a cool place to visit!!

We escaped the heat of Texas in Breckenridge, CO and loved the city and the condo we stayed in! There are many things to do in and around Breckenridge ... for all ages! (Our party included age 5 years to 70). We rafted the Colorado and Arkansas rivers, rode the train in Lewisville, went to a NRO concert in Vail and rode the gondolas in Vail (which is around 35 miles from Breckenridge.) The condo was spacious and comfortable. It was near the city busline and was located close enough to downtown that one could walk to town! The weather was perfect (40's to 70's) and that was a welcomed relief from the weather we left in Texas. Thanks for a super- fun visit in Breckenridge!!

We stayed at this property in July. It was fantastic! I can't wait to stay there again during ski season. It's just a block from one of the lifts and very convenient to town. Can't wait to go back!

This townhouse has it all...great location, plenty of space, beautiful view, relaxing hot tub. I would recommend this to my friends. I know I'll be back (hopefully soon!)
