Located on Cove Road in Wellfleet, this house is in walking distance to the bay beach, bakery, and the new W.H.A.T. theater off rt.6. It has a great back yard for kids, pets, and BBQ. Centrally located to town, ponds, bike trail, oceans, restaurant, and other activities. There is a pool table and washer/dryer for your use in the basement as well.

The quiet bay beach is located 1/10th of a mile across the street. Easy to walk or bike there and spend the day in the sun. The W.H.A.T. theater is a short walk thru the back yard of the house. This is great for those of you who love to enjoy live shows while you are here. There is a bakery that is a great place to get your coffee and muffin in the early morning. It takes about 40 seconds to get to the bakery. The downtown area is about a three minute drive where you can do shopping, grocery shopping, eat, or just enjoy the sites of the town.
