Pulaski Farm House on 50 wooded acres with 2000 sq ft of living space to enjoy all the outdoors that the Salmon and Tug Hill region have to offer! The home is directly off route 81, with easily on/off highway frontage. Close to Salmon River(2 miles) for salmon and steelhead fishing. Nearby is 5 large county state parks for cross-country skiing, hunting, hiking or mountain biking trails. Lake Ontario 5 miles (west) away so bring the boats and swimwear. Snowmobile trails are easily accessible directly from the property thru the 50 acres onto trails which leads to other trails in TUG HILL region area.

The quaint farm house is a real beauty! With a large grand fireplace room equipped with a cozy wood burning stove for those cold winter nights. The house is very nicely decorated with a full size kitchen and beautiful

dinning room for dinner meals. Very private and yet only 3 miles to Fat Nancy's Bait and Tackle shop and nearby local supermarkets.

Pulaski in Oswego county near 5 NY State Parks for cross-country skiing, hiking, biking and nature walks. Local and International snowmobile trails that cover area into Tug Hill Region. Syracuse is 30 miles away and has one of the largest shopping centers in the area with hundreds of brand name stores called Carasual Center. Two airports to choose from one in Syracuse(30 miles South) and another in Watertown(30 North). Lake Ontario is only 5 miles away with various marina's to dock a boat. Charter fishing is available for large fish from Mexico Bay, Henderson Harbor or Sandy Creek. The Salmon River noted for salmon and steelhead fishing is only 2 miles down the road and offers fishing year round. Trails for 4-wheeling and motocross are located within the Oswego county and lead into the Tug Hill Region. Antique shopping and great eatery places offered within Sackets Harbor with day spa's only 30 miles away. Take a ferry into Canada from Cape Vincent. Lots to see and do in UPSTATE NY

The master bedroom comes with 2 closets a full size mirror dresser and a full antique vanity mirror set. There is another long bedroom with 4 twin beds and plenty of dresser space, closet space and mirrors. This second bedroom has a full size bathroom right next door with a laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. The Grand room with the fireplace has a large queen size sofa bed and sofa. Extra pillows and blankets are in the home and awaiting your stay.

Nearby Golf Course (9 hole): About 1 mile from the home is a very nice 9-hole golf course open from May - November with very reasonable rates during the weekend and week ( $25 for two with a cart). It is also home to campers and interesting wildlife like beavers live in the ponds at the golf course.

Salmon Resevour: About 5 miles from the home is the famous NY STATE Salmon Resevour that is the stopping point for the salmon that come up the salmon river each year. This site is home to the future baby salmon that are released in the lake and is worth a trip to see in Sept/Oct/Nov each year. The operation is truely magnificent!

A Quiet Getaway

This home was perfect for fishing in the Salmon River and Lake Ontario. Easy to get to and very comfortable.Even though it is close to the highway it is very quiet. The living room is beautiful.We enjoyed our stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: It is a pleasure to rent this wonderful farm house built in 1940's to fishermen and weekend getaway folks!

Too close to highway for peace and quiet...literally 75 ft. away!

We stayed two nights because every other place in town was booked! We laid our heads down at night and were gone the whole day fishing, so other than that, not much to say about this rental. I live in a semi-rural area, but listening to huge trucks pass by on the interstate outside the bedroom all night made it difficult to count sheep and close my eyes for a good night's sleep. I like peace and quiet, but unfortunately, we didn't get either. Additionally, there were rules on disposing trash asking us to take our bags to the transfer station outside of town. I believe that if I'm paying for a rental, I shouldn't have to worry about housekeeping too; ridiculous! Will be coming back to fish, but not to stay here.
Owner's Response: I was afraid some year someone would write about the highway nearby. I have found that most of the time inside the home the highway is never heard except if the bedroom windows are left wide open. The trash is an issue as many persons hide it in secret places and sometimes me the owner finds it after i follow the ant trail. In all I hope you find other places more suited and I very much appreciate your stay and feedback this year. Happy fishing trails to you and thanks again for your stay with us. cat

Salmon Trip

We have been coming up here for 10+ years, but this was the first year where we not only enjoyed the trip, but the accomodations as well. What a wonderful place to stay. The house was nicely decorated and felt very homey and comfortable. The bedrooms rooms were large and spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with just about any cooking utinsil you could need. The owners are easy to reach for questions.
Have already made arrangements to return next year.

What a lovely, clean and cozy place to stay. We really enjoyed it and the proximity to all things fishing related as we were up for steelhead. This is the nicest place we have stayed at in Pulaski area and we've been going up for the last 3 years. We'll definitely be returning for the spring run.
