Enjoy 210 feet of lakefront, dock, beach area, and a covered deck off the living room that hangs over the water. Boat launch 1/8 mile away at Long Point State Park. Near Cornell University, Ithaca College and Wells College.

Lakefront property on East Side of Cayuga Lake between Ithaca and Aurora, around the corner from Long Point winery and a quarter mile to Long Point State Park, boat launch and beach. The quaint, historic, waterfront village of Aurora and Wells College are just up Lake Road. Aurora has some wonderful shops and antiques, top rated restaurants, an opera and playhouse, a wonderful, old library, an inexpensive and beautiful 9 hole golf course and public tennis courts and ball field. All of the amenities of Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College are just 20 minutes the other direction along a beautiful lake view road. Terrific gorges, waterfalls, state and local parks, cross country and downhill ski areas are all nearby.
