Lots of windows and an open floor plan make this home perfect for entertaining and enjoying the Florida sunshine! Have morning coffee outside by the canal as you sit on the large, newly finished dock. Use our kayak from the dock and traverse Naples' well marked, beautiful and serene canal trails. This house is ideally located on a quiet cul-de-sac street within Naples' prestigious Seagate neighborhood. It is within walking distance from the Private Seagate Beach Club (for exclusive use of Seagate residence) or the public beach access, beautifully maintained by the Naples Grande Resort. It is aiso close to exclusive shopping, delicious restaurants and exciting cultural opportunities. Finally, tenancies exceeding 2 months may use Naples Grande Resort's 4 star amenities, including its pools, tennis courts & exercise facilitiy.

Notes: The house fronts a canal from which you can Kayak, and is beautifully situated within walking distance to the beach, however the tennis and swimming amenities are part of the resort package available for long term renters of 2 or more months. We will transfer to those tenants our Premier Club membership, giving the right to enjoy all of the 4 star amenities at the Naples Grande Hotel located a 5 minute walk from the house. Interior of the house is fantastic and appears newly remodeled. Centrally located with a short drive to almost anywhere you would like to go. Situated in a very quiet, private neighborhood.

Great for Familys

We have stayed at the house with our 2 kids and my parents numerous times and have had wonderful vacations memories. There was plenty of room for all of us. The full kitchen and BBQ made it very easy to eat in. The pool at the resort is hours of fun for days when you don't feel like going to the beach. There are a lot of stores near by. A very restful and enjoyable holiday for all.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

I have stayed at this house three times and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a vacation rental in the Naples area. It's very quiet and private. It's in a great location with easy access to a beautiful private beach, amazing shopping and the best restaurants in the area. We took the short walk to the beach almost every night to see the gorgeous sunsets. The whole house has been remodeled beautifully - probably nicer than my own home! - but still was homey enough even for our small children. There is tons of space for guests and a wonderful kitchen that is perfect for an extended stay. You definitely can't go wrong choosing this place for your vacation!

Great place for a family

Not only was the house fabulous (bright and sunny) and fully equipped with everything we needed, the location was ideal. We shared it with another family and found it to be more than comfortable for all of us. An easy walk to the tram/beach. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. There was so much to do in fact that my friend and I were able to play golf a couple of mornings without a guilty concious. We plan to rent this house again -- I guess that's the best endorsement we could give.

Perfect Location!

This house was beautifully decorated - easy to live in with a great view of the water. The house was perfect for my family with 3 children, as we could easily walk to the beach every day. We could also walk to the nearby mall with several restaurants (many kid friendly).
Loved it and can't wait to go back!!!!
