House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

You’ve heard how incredible Telluride is…winter or summer!!!

After a day of skiing, biking, hiking, fishing or touring the surrounding area, you’ll come home to this luxurious and comfortable home situated on the sunny side of town. You can relax on one of the three decks, walk the two blocks to the mid-area of Main Street to experience the Telluride shops, art galleries, lively bars and restaurants.

Throughout this 3+ bedroom, 3 bath, 2800 square foot home, you’ll enjoy the owner’s collection of wonderful antiques and art work. The south facing windows make the home bright and airy, while providing great mountain views.

Main Floor

Open floor plan consisting of the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen and mud room…wood floors, fireplace, large deck with barbeque…all with breath taking mountain views.

Upper Level

Master bedroom: large and spacious with mountain views…deck, fireplace, queen bed with tempurpedic type mattress, built in dressers, large closet.

Master bath: double sinks, granite counters, air tub, steam shower, in-floor heating.

Guest room: queen bed, adjoining bathroom with shower.

Lower Level

Guest bedroom: queen bed with tempurpedic type mattress, outside door.

Den: leather queen sofa bed, large flat screen TV, DVD player, wireless computer connect, outside door.

Bathroom: double sink, steam shower.

Laundry Room: washer and dryer.

Additional Amenities

Three off street parking spaces, house adjusted for owner’s grandchildren (locks, gates, high-chair…'Me Too', ‘Bob’ type stroller, child’s aero bed, pack and play…each bedroom has room to set this up).

Great Location and Amenities

We really enjoyed our stay here for the film festival. The kitchen was very well equipped and the steam showers were fantastic. There was plenty of room for the five of us and we enjoyed spending time on the deck with wonderful views of the mountains. The house is convenient to the restaurants and shops in Tellluride and also to the gondola to Mountain Village. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Telluride!

Best spot in town of Telluride

We love this home! For the past 3 years, we have stayed here with our 2 children and plan to return yearly for as long as they'll allow us! The home itself is lovely...plenty of room, all the amenities that we need, and the best part...the porch with views even better than the picture on this page. The location is wonderful for summer or winter. a few blocks off main street and in walking distance to chair lifts, the gondola and all attractions that the quaint and amazing town of Telluride has to offer.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

What a great house in a beautiful town. The views are unbelievable. The steam showers were a huge hit!! You can actually sit on the balcony and hear the festival music CLEARLY!! We had so much fun and it was nice to be so close to the town park (rain). Thanks so much Beverly!
