Only 1/2 mile down the beach from the pristine and undeveloped St. Andrews State Park, the new Treasure Island Resort lies on the east end of the beach away from all of the congestion. Enjoy breakfast and sunsets on the over sized 28’ x 8’6” balcony overlooking the Gulf and the endless curve of the beach. You can see the St. Andrews Park fishing pier from the balcony and walk there in 10 minutes.

The master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the balcony has a king sized bed. With another king sized bed in the guest bedroom, a bunk room with two twin beds, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, our unit comfortably sleeps eight.

Other amenities include granite counter tops, beautiful decorations, new appliances, covered parking, laundry room, four high speed elevators, and 10th floor location. Smoking allowed on the balcony.
