Private road with easy lake access. Boat launch is about a mile up the road. This property has a very large lawn with beautiful trees surrounding and a cute garden area. Being right on the lake shore makes this your final destination for relaxing moments in tranquility. There is easy driving time to Montreal (2 hours) or Burlington (30 minutes). September is the nicest month to rent as the water is the warmest and we have a beautiful Indian Summer!======== I also have another house for rent two houses up from this one, property # 176735=======
