Main Floor Entries: The South facade has a spacious porch with seating adjacent to the semi circular drive . As you enter through the South foyer from the porch with closet and seating area, enjoy the spaciousness of the open plan with the main hearth room open to the kitchen. The large fireplace is framed by an original 1700s-1800s mantle piece. The North facade also features a small foyer with closet space between the dining room and parlor. The back porch (North side) enters through French doors into the great room with wide screen television and large bank of windows with window seat. The main entry from the East patio enters into a sunny mudroom with tiled floor.

In-Law/Guest Suite (add'l option to main house): The Guest Suite has private access through both the East and North sides of the house both entering into the main living area. The guest bedroom, bathroom and laundry closet are located on the second floor. The guest suite may access the main body of the house on both the first and second floors through doorways with privacy locks.

Master Bedroom Suite: The Master bedroom suite is accessed from the upstairs landing with a large walk-in closet to the right of the master hallway. As you enter the bedroom, the expansiveness of the cathedral ceiling, recessed lighting and ceiling fan is notable. The fireplace is enhanced by a green marble hearth and surround with an antique mantle piece. Double French doors lead onto the master suite balcony. A wide screen cable television allows you to relax in privacy. The new bath features a double wide vanity with tandem marble vessel sinks. The jet tub and shower are separated from the rest of the bathroom by a wide glass door. The rain style shower head is goose-necked for comfort and adaptability. The custom tile work extends to the ceiling of the bathing area and custom corner shelves near the shower provide storage space for your toiletries.
