Our lower prices and the location are a match made in heaven! Set amongst lush tropical landscape with bananas, papayas. This spectacular three bedroom, three bath plantation-style home was custom built in 2001. With 3290 sq ft of living space, you have everything you need. There are TWO IDENTICAL, LUXURIOUS MASTER SUITES both with King size beds, plus a third bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom. There is a separate utility room with full-size washer and dryer. The formal dining area seats eight at a solid teak top table and guests look on to the Pacific Ocean while dining. The kitchen dining, sitting, and living room areas have vaulted ceilings.Fully approved for Non-Conforming Use by the County of Kauai
