My family and I chose to stay at this location because it was close to the convention center where I was attending a conference. The condo exceeded our expectations as did the location and friendly service provided by the owners. We spent approx. ten days at the condo. It was a great location for sight seeing and relaxing. Our car was helpful in getting to the metro station and touring outlying museums. I would definately recommend using the parking garage. It was well worth the extra charge. The facility was excellent for my husband who relys on a scooter for mobility. My teenage sons also enjoyed the amenities and the lively area surrounding the condo. My husband and I look forward to returning in the future for another visit.

This is a very nice condo. The owners were very courteous and helpful. We are afamily of two adults and three young children. The kids loved it - especially the pool.
It is reasonably convenient to DC. Would recommend driving directly to Union station - avail of the cheaper parking, the amenities and less than a half hour drive from the condo.

Cons: Pool closes too early for tourists returning from a days sightseeing. Need to have a car to get back and forth. No nearby grocery store.

Pros: A very safe and pleasant environment to stay when vacationing in DC, particularly if unfamiliar with all the various neighbourhoods.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful Stay

Enjoyed a 5 day stay at this condo--impeccably clean and comfortable. Owners Chris and Tamara were very accommodating (even coming to our rescue and meeting us to escort us to the property when our GPS had us hopelessly lost on our arrival!)--Mexican restaurant right across the street was wonderful--many restaurants within walking distance--most welcome after long days of touring. The purpose of our trip was DC sightseeing and was an easy commute from National Harbor to downtown or to Metro Stations. Old Town Alexandria just across the river from National Harbor--wonderful restaurants and shopping--and lots of history, too! Would highly recommend this property.

Very Nice!

We were the first to rent this condo. The hosts were very pleasant and worked to make our stay a success. The layout worked well for our needs, and the neighborhood was safe, perfect for allowing our small town teenagers to spread their wings a little. Try the gelato shop! You can drive to two different subway stations in about 15 minutes, depending on your destination in the city. We look forward to returning.
