My sister, my parents and I stayed at this home for 5 days in Oct 2009. It was very comfortable, plenty of room, new construction, clean and modern. Centrally located to Lake Sunapee, Mt Sunapee, Vermont and mid-New Hampshire. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. There is lots to do in the area, several good restaurants, and nearby towns. Mt. Sunapee and Lake Sunapee are only a few miles away. We had a great time and will come back if we get a chance.

Beautiful property in a wonderful area

This is a beautiful new property with brand new appliances, elegant and comfortable furniture, tons of space and lots of windows and light. If you are travelling with kids - it has lots of things for them to play with such as a ping-pong table, play-station, and a foosball table. The condo has a very nice layout with three spacious bedrooms and nice two bathrooms upstairs and a fourth bedroom and another bathroom on the living-room level. There is a really nice and spacious common area with a beautiful cherry wood dining table. We had a great time staying at the property and look forward to coming again.

Beautiful place to rent! Close to a private and state beach on Lake Sunapee. My friends and I only stayed for a weekend and didn't run out of things to do. The owner is very nice and understanding and was great to work with.
